This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Cyltocron ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for purchases made on our platform at cyltocron.com. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. General Refund Eligibility
We are committed to providing high-quality masterclass content and services. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in this policy.
1.1 Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved within 72 hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- Service cancellation by Cyltocron prior to content delivery
1.2 Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after accessing or viewing course content
- Failure to complete a masterclass or utilize purchased services
- Dissatisfaction with content quality based on subjective preferences
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
2. Refund Request Timeframes
2.1 Individual Masterclasses
Refund requests for individual masterclass purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or viewed.
2.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based access:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial charge
- Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial charge
- Renewal charges: No refunds are provided for automatic renewal charges unless cancellation was requested prior to the renewal date
2.3 Bundled Packages
Refunds for bundled masterclass packages follow the same 14-day timeframe and content access limitations as individual masterclasses. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
3. How to Request a Refund

We will review your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Technical issues that temporarily limited access to content
- Canceled or postponed live sessions that are part of a larger package
- Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled mid-term due to exceptional circumstances
Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the service and are subject to administrative fees.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
5.1 Free Trial Periods
No refunds are necessary for free trial periods. Users may cancel their trial at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
5.2 Discounted or Promotional Purchases
Refunds for purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers will be issued at the discounted purchase price, not the original full price.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team before pursuing payment disputes to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended, and access to all content may be revoked.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside the standard policy, please contact us at help@cyltocron.com with a detailed explanation. We will review such cases individually.
8. Non-Transferable Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Refunds cannot be transferred to third parties or issued as credit to different accounts.
9. Currency and Processing Fees
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or payment processing fees charged by your financial institution are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
